Offline cloning does not allow connection to a computer
Make sure that both SSDs can be recognized on your computer before cloning.
Scan both SSDs before cloning to make sure there are no bad sectors since bad sectors will disrupt cloning.

Q1:Why do four clone indicators remain off after pressing the clone button?
A1:Please kindly check if the enclosure is connected to a device. If so, this button will not work. It just support offline clone. Plug the two nvme SSD in right place then connect the power adapter, click clone button,then will start clone.
Q2:After cloning started, 25% clone indicator was on but source/target SSD indicators are off?
A2:Please make sure the capacity of the target SSD needs to be larger than the source SSD or it won't clone successfully.
Q3:Will it get hot during the use?
A3:The shell of this enclosure is made of aluminum alloy, which will dissipate the heat effectively. If the shell gets hot during the use, that means the heat of the SSD(s) has been transferred for better protection, which is a normal phenomenon.
Q4:Can I use with only a slot of this enclosure?
A4:Yes, you can use a single slot for data transfer and storage of an NVMe SSD. Of course, you can also use 2 slots for this function on 2 NVMe SSDs.
