Q1: Why can only 1280X720 resolution be selected for the capture card on the computer?

1. The USB cable of the capture card must be directly connected to the computer and cannot use an adapter or extension cable.

2. If the cable is normal, confirm whether the USB interface of your computer is USB 3.0.

Q2: What should I do if the captured image shows NO VIDEO?

1. Check whether your device is turned on normally and set HDMI output.

2. If your device has HDCP, please turn off HDCP first and then capture the image again.

Q3: Why is there a picture in the loop but not captured on the computer?

1. First unplug the HDMI OUT and then unplug the HDMI IN line and then the computer will capture the picture again. After the computer captures the picture, then connect the loop out.

2. If it is a game console device, please switch HDCP on and off, then restart the game console and unplug the HDMI OUT cable. After the computer captures the picture, connect it to the loop.
