RETURNS POLICY

◆ Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before product shipment. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund which will be returned via your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc). If the product has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

◆ Returns Policy

PCIe video capture cards only accept returns related to quality issues, as their components are delicate and fragile. You will no longer be eligible for returns or refunds once unboxed. For personal reason returns, only partial refunds + returns are accepted.

Please Note: Beyond 30 days, non-quality-related returns are not accepted. For quality issues, please contact us for repair/exchange under warranty.

◆ Return/Refund Procedure

  • Contact ACASIS support team via email at support@acasis.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a return shipping address or prepaid return label (if applicable).
  • At your own expense, select your preferred shipping company or use the provided prepaid return label (if applicable) to mail back the parcel.
  • Package the product properly to minimize potential damage during transportation. After the parcel is shipped out, notify us of the tracking number via email.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of ACASIS warehouse staff receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be returned via your original payment method (PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, etc).

Please Note: Returns address will only be specified by ACASIS, please be sure to contact us (support@acasis.com) to get your exclusive return address. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Inspection and Approval

- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the item is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the request accordingly.
- If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return.

◆ Responsibility statement

When returning items with ACASIS provided prepaid shipping labels, ACASIS is liable for any damage or loss during transportation. For non-quality-related return reasons, buyer should bear responsibility for any transportation damage or loss. ACASIS will not provide refunds for items damaged or lost during shipping for non-quality reasons.
